“Are you finally not emotional?” Snow asked.

“My people won’t be leaving where they’re staying” she said. “And that is the end of that. If you want to argue further, then I suggest coming to pick up all your original citizens there”.

“That isn’t what we’re….” Dilia glared at him. “What I’m saying” Victor said correcting himself.

“So what are you saying?” Dilia asked trying not to show how upset she was on her face.

“W-I’m saying you could just do some crime control. We aren’t meant to be separated from each other….we all can’t be Snow” Victor said seriously.

“I still stand by what I said. We should all be by ourselves, that’ll breed less crime, less disputes….” He said glancing at Agira who growled at him. “And we can avoid a war. Do you want a repeat of the past?”

“The reason for the summit is to improve relationships with our neighbours, not to shut ourselves out or relocate”.
