Fourteenth: Tracing Paths

"Oh dear, this can't be happening?!" Jace whispered under his breath.

It was minutes ago when the two boys realized that the lady they were traveling with was missing. And those minutes were full of Jace cursing over and over again about how a failure they were to let this happen.

They already left the inn and walked to the train station, both unsure of where to go and where to look for Eurie. Jace was asking every people on his way if they had seen Eurie, hoping she just woke up early, strolled down for fresh air, and got confused about the way back to the inn.

Kaizer, on the other hand, was just quiet. He clearly didn't like what was happening; he even left the breakfast in the inn, untouched, very unusual. Even playful, Kaizer is a man of his word.
