“So, you two plan on just leaving them be until when?” Richard asked Nikolay wide eyed. The man was going mental as he heard what we were telling him, clearly not agreeing with anything we planned but even I knew that deep down, he knew that we were right.

“We don’t plan on leaving them be, Richard. But I can’t risk Kiara entering the games. You of all people should know that all the candidates lost their lives in the first games or went crazy in the newer versions. They are turning people into easily triggered weapons” Nikolay said looking Richard in the eye. It was the next morning when Nikolay and I managed to get out of bed, and it was because Lia walked inside the room wanting to get in and wake us up.

The two of us just told everyone of what Richard and I saw, and let me say that Richard wasn’t very happy when he learned that we wouldn’t be putting mum and Ian in place the second we laid eyes on them,
