“Sir, it’s safe so you can open your eyes.” I heard Markel’s voice and opened my eyes. Looking around the room to be sure we were the only one here.

I removed the bandage on my arm and sat up. “What happened? Is Elizabeth fine?” I asked and he nodded affirmatively.

“Yes, she got into an argument with Lola but she left already.” He tells me and I stand up.

“I feel guilty. She had to get into that stupid argument with Lola because of me. I should find out the person behind this as soon as possible. I can’t wait any longer especially now that Elizabeth is here.” I tell him
