I walked into Mia Novella’s at the building was eerily quiet. Mindy had already gone home for the night and all the lights were turned off except one. Lydia could see the light was on in Mia’s office through the gap in the door. She inhaled deeply before walking to the door, and knocking softly.
“Mia,” Lydia called out, “I’m here as requested.”
“About time woman,” Mia said pulling Lydia inside her office quickly and shutting the door behind them.
Lydia gulped, her breath getting caught in her throat. Standing in front of her was a God of a Man. He was easily 6 ft 4. His fiery red hair was cut into a military style fade, and he had piercing green eyes that a girl could get lost in. His beard which was also red, was impeccably groomed not a hair out of place. He had broad shoulders and his arms were huge. His shirt clung to him. Lydia began to wonder what he’d look like without his shirt on. Her tongue grazed across her lips at the thought of him standing naked in front of her. The parts of his skin she could see were tanned nicely like he went out in the sun often. Her eyes continued to trace down his body, memorizing every piece of him.
“Lydia,” Mia said interrupting her thoughts. “This is your newest client, Mr.Whitman,” Mia nodded towards the hunk. “Drake,” Mia said with a seductive smile, she obviously was effected by his looks too, “This is Lydia Hunt. Your escort.”
Lydia flinched at Mia’s use of the word escort, but didn’t make a move to correct her, Mia was just being honest.
“Lydia,” Mia called getting her attention again. “Drake would like to start your arrangement tonight. He’s offered an additional $10,000 for the extra two days.”
“Okay.” Lydia whispered, she was feeling anxious about spending a month with Drake. She didn’t even know what type of man he was.
“Mr. Whitman,” Mia called, “would you like to try the merchandise before you sign your fate away.”
A multitude of emotions crossed Drake’s face, ending with a glare.
“No, just give me the damn paperwork.” Drake responded, grabbing the papers from Mia’s desk, and quickly signing through them.
“Well I now pronounce you boyfriend and girlfriend.” Mia laughed. “Have fun Lydia, don’t do anything I wouldn’t, and please don’t embarrass me. “
“No madame, of course not,” Lydia replied with downcast eyes.
Drake made a move for Madame’s door, when he noticed Lydia wasn’t following, he reached back and grabbed her arm, tugging her hand into his while pulling her out of Mia’s office.
Lydia didn’t think of anything else except how massive and how warm Drake’s hand felt in hers. It had been awhile since she’d held hands with anyone.
“Do you need to grab anything from your house?” Drake asked interrupting Lydia’s trace of thoughts.
“Ummm….” Lydia paused a second to think, as the stopped directly in front of a Jaguar. Drake stopped and unlocked her door for her. Nothing Lydia owned would fit in with this lifestyle. “No thank you,” Lydia responded .
“Okay then.” Drake said shrugging his shoulders, closing the car door after Lydia got in.
He quickly went to his side of the car jumping in and pressing the push to start. They drove the rest of the way to Drake’s condo in silence. When they reached the condo he handed his keys to the valet and went over to Lydia’s door opening it for her once again. When she got out he laced his hands through hers smiling down at her. Lydia was taken by surprise but went along with it.
When they walked into the main office, Drake strolled up to the bell hop.
“Hey Craig, this is my girlfriend Lydia. She’ll be staying with me for sometime.” Drake nodded his head in the direction of Lydia.
“Okay Sir.” Craig noted pulling up Drakes file and adding Lydia’s name to it. “The staff will be informed.”
“Perfect thanks Craig,” Damien said tugging Lydia along with him to the elevator.
They entered the elevator and Drake hit P for the the Penthouse, before swiping his key badge into the car reader. Lydia looked at him questioningly.
“It’s just an extra security precaution. Craig will have one made up for you tonight.” Drake responded to Lydia’s I asked question gesturing at the key card.
“Oh okay.” Lydia replied quietly. She was beginning to understand just how rich Drake was and it was making her uncomfortable.
When the elevator pinged and the door opened they were immediately inside a gorgeous sitting room.
“The elevator opens right up into my home, so I wanted the key car installed so no one can venture up here.” Drake states.
Lydia looks around and she is awestruck by the beauty of this room. It’s huge, her entire apartment could fit into just this room. It had two magnificent brown leather couches facing towards each other, and gorgeous glass coffee table in the middle, and then off to the side there was a billiards table set up with chandeliers hanging above it.
Off to the side was a fully stocked bar.
Drake sneaks a look over at Lydia and smiles at her innocence. This is the reason he’s chosen her. He wanted someone who’d appreciate the value of hard-work, not someone who’d want to scheme her way into his money.
“So do you want a tour first or should we get straight to business?”
“Whatever you’d like to do sir.” Lydia blushes shyly. She’s not use to being given a choice.
“Okay well how about we start out with the basics. From this day forth you are my live in girlfriend until our contract is void. No more calling me sir. Anything you want you can have. You’ll eat, sleep, breath, being my girlfriend got it.”
Lydia bit down on her lip, her blush creeping down from her cheeks and flushing across her chest.
“Yes.” She whispered.
“And if you bite your lip again, I’ll kiss you without warning.” Drake responded, his voice taking a more huskier tone.
Lydia let go of her lip instantly.
“So he is attracted to me.”Lydia thought to herself.
“Okay now that we’ve got that out of the way let me show you to our room.”
Wait, did he say our room? Lydia could feel herself starting to panic. She’d never had to actually sleep with her clients before. She found actually sleeping with someone to be much more intimate than fucking.
Drake grabbed Lydia’s hand and pulled her down the hall into the first door of the right. Drakes room was pretty simple. It had a king sized four poster bed centered in the middle of the back wall. There was a small desk and a chair, with a reading lamp. And a two large barn style doors.
Drake walked over to the first door opening it up. “I hope you don’t mind, but I took the liberty in buying your clothes for the week. Mia gave me your measurements and I had my secretary pick out a few items. Your clothes are on the left hand side.”
Lydia peaked inside the closet and her mouth dropped in shock. The entire wall on the left side was covered in shoes. There was a wide variety of sandals, stilettos, Mary Janes, and causal sneakers. And then towards the back of the closet there was a giant dresser filled with clothes. And beautiful dresses for every occasion were hanging up opposite the shoes.
“Wow this is amazing.” Lydia whispered under her breath.
“I’m glad you like it.” Drake smiled behind her. “If there’s anything else you need, let me know, and I’ll take you to the store.”
“This is more than enough, it must’ve cost a small fortune.”
“Well anything for my girlfriend,” Drake winked at her.
Lydia felt her heart thud against her chest and her panties moisten. Fuck he’s hot.
They walked out of the closet and Drake opened up the other barn door. It ended up being Lydia’s favorite room in the entire house. It was the master bathroom and it had Jack and Jill sinks, with a walk in smart shower, that had a rain shower spray setting, tucked away in the corner was a jacuzzi tub that could easily fit a party of five.
Drake showed Lydia the rest of the condo before leading her back to the living room.
“Now it’s time to talk business, would you like a drink?”smiled directly behind her.
Lydia was stunning. Drake had a hard time concentrating on anything when she was near. He also had the urge to give her anything and everything she wanted. He chuckled at how in awe she was at everything in his own. It was all meaningless and replaceable to Drake, but to Lydia, she seemed captivated by every detail.“Anything you want, it’s yours.” Drake finds himself telling Lydia. Why did I just say that? He ponders to himself. This is suppose to be a business arrangement only. After the tour Drake walks Lydia back into the main living room and goes to the bar grabbing two wine glasses and a bottle of Merlot. Red wines were his favorite and he knew he’d need a glass or two to calm his nerves.
“Tell me about your family? I think it’s important that I know something about them before meeting them, don’t you think?” Lydia asked glancing up at Drake.Drake hesitated and for a moment Lydia didn’t think he was going to open up to her, but to her shock he did. “I have a little brother Sampson, he’s five years younger than me. I remember the day my mother and father brought him home. I was so excited. Mother and father were really busy while I was growing up. Father with the family business and mother with her shopping and luncheons so it was just me and maid Amelia growing up. Amelia tried her best to keep me entertained but she could only do so much. The moment mother and father brought Sampson home I knew I would have a best friend for life.”&
Drake pins Lydia up against the wall, slamming his hands on down besides her arms, pinning her in place. He leans into her and crashes his lips into hers. He slides his knee in between her legs spreading them wider, pushing himself against her. Their tongues battle for dominance, Drake coming out the winner. Drake mouth enters Lydia’s and she sucks on his tongue biting ever so gently. Drake hisses. “Sss, you vixen.” He smiles seductively at her, grinding his hips into her causing her to release a small moan. Drake leans forward again and starts to kiss and suckle on Lydia’s neck, leaving bite marks along the way. Lydia’s hands leave the wall and start roaming over Drake’s body. Her hands trace down his muscular arms and She grabs his hand and brings it up to her mouth and sucks on one of his fingers causing him to let out a low groan. Drake continues to
Lydia awoke the next morning feeling sore and throughly used. As she rose to go to the bathroom Drake pulled her back down into the bed. “Ahhh!” Lydia squealed not expecting Drake to yank her down. “Just a few more minutes,” he yawned sleepily. “Drake, if I stay in this bed any longer I’m going to pee myself.” Lydia pouted trying to wiggle free of his grasps. Reluctantly Drake let her go, and Lydia booked it to the bathroom to use the facilities. ‘What a perfect way to start your morning.’ Lydia thought to herself smiling. Her smile quickly turned to a frown though as
Lydia was a bundle of nerves walking into the restaurant. Drake grabbed her hand and gently rubbed the inside of her palm with his thumb, his was of reassuring her that everything was going to be okay. Drake walked over to the hostess stand. “We’re here for the Whittenberg party.”“Names?” The petite hostess asked not even bothering to look up from her screen.Drake was irritated at her lack of customer service but he tried to remain cool.“Drake, Drake Whittenberg.”The hostess let out a small gasp before looking up.
"What is she doing here?" Dianne shouted, causing the makeup artist and the photographers to stop what they were doing and stare at Dianne and Lydia, waiting to see what would transpire between the two of them."Mother!" hissed Sampson. "You are causing a scene and I invited her. As I recall this is MY engagement photoshoot.""Sampson," Dianne looked at him disapprovingly. "I expected this nonsen from Drake, but never from you. This is a family photoshoot. Think of the press."Lydia was fidgiting with her hands nervously, she didnt like the scene that Dianne was causing."I.. I can just go wait in the lobby until the photos are done." she said meekly."Nonsene," Drake said wrapping his arm around her waist and pulling her closer to him. "As my romantic partner, you should be included in these photos. The photoshoot is the start of the Wedding Adventure. You are my guest to said wedding. I dont see w
As Drake approached the writers table with Lydia in tow he felt a sense of excitement. He’d love improve in theater when he was younger and now he was getting to do it again, this time for a major magazine.“Do you know the gist of improve?” He whisper to Lydia, the writers table just a few feet away.“Umm refresh me, what’s improve again?” Lydia asked a hint of nervousness in her voice.“It’s where you make something up right on the spot. So I’ll start and then you make something up along the way. We will take turns answering questions it’ll be fun.”“ Uhh I think you and I have a different definition of fun.” Lydia let out a nervous chuckle.“Come on Lyd, you’ve got this. Where’s that fierce tiger that came out earlier?” Drake teased her.Lydia swallowed loudly.“Okay, let’s improvise.&rdquo
Lydia sat curled up in the car rubbing her bare foot. “You owe me a footrub.” She said smiling at Drake before scowling. “And maybe a cheek rub too. I didn’t realize I would be smiling so much today.” “Ah yes,” Drake said with a sigh, “The Whittenberg family loves their publicity, well as long as it’s the right kind of publicity.” “Your mom is something else.” Lydia said putting her foot back down on the floor of the passenger seat.“Is that the polite way of saying she’s a total nightmare?” Drake asks. Lydia chuckled. “It seems she really wants to match you with Jessica. She practically threw her at you all afternoon.” “My my my, are you jealous princess?” Drake asks waggling his eyebrows in a teasing manner. “Me jealous? Never! I just feel like I’m failing at my job. I mean you did hire me, so your mother wouldn’t throw every eligible bachelorette your way.” Drake frowned, as if he’d forgotten Lydia was his escor
