Daddy's little boy

A knock on the door makes me jump out of bed attentively.

- Come on we have to train- Kilian speaks on the other side of the door, I huff to

change into sports clothes, rinse myface with cold water and take a teaspoon of the

potion which is disgusting. I leave the room and head to the living roommeeting the

boys. We come out and start running, this time transformed. I look both ways without

seeing William.

- He's in the library- I hear Darrell's voice in my head. I nod and we keep running

through the woods. We make it to theend of the pack where they greet the guards.

A smell of wolf blood hits my nostrils which makes me alert. We see bloodied wolves

appear, other transformed wolves helping other wounded wolves. Everyone comes to their

aid.

- What happened?- asks Max transformed once he arrives next to a dark-haired man

with green eyes.

- Acheron's bloodsuckers attacked us and gave us a warning- he growls with a thick

voice, I lean on the nearest tree once transformed noticing my goosebumps, something

is really wrong. I look up when I notice someone looking at me,the dark-haired man

looks at me in a cold way to then continue walking inside the herd. The guys help

the wounded and take them to the infirmary.

" He looks like an asshole but what an ass" I look around looking for who said that

but there is no one around me. Theguards left with the wounded so this area is

unprotected. I sit down on the ground in amazement. I start throwing pebbles aiming

at the tree in front of me dying of boredom.

After two hours of pure boredom and without finding out where that voice came from

two guards appear, they thank mefor having watched and after nodding I walk towards

the mansion.

- You really don't know who she is? - I hear as soon as I enter, I approach silently.

- A filthy hybrid, that's what she is, I don't know why you let her into the royal

squadron - her hoarse voice fills my ears. Iclench my fists tightly but relax them

when I realize I don't care about them.

- Ouch how disgusting a hybrid in the royal squadron, how disgusting please, well

this disgusting hybrid saved your little sister while you were around, you're welcome

doggy- I enter the room drawing everyone's attention. He looks at meenraged and tries

to get closer but the Alpha won't let him, he snorts without giving me a dirty look.

- Persephone, this is my son Mason; Mason, this is Persephone new member of the royal

squadron - he introduces usand looks at him with warning, I make a sly bow laughing

at him in his face and that makes him even more furious, Ismile amused; I will have

a lot of fun.

I leave the room looking slyly at Mason and go upstairs to my room where I take a

shower. When I come out of the bathroom I find the little dog in my room, he approaches

me threateningly.

- Listen well dirty blood, because of you Acheron attacked us and wants to start a

war, and we don't want that, so get the hell out of here- he growls inches away

from my face. His smell floods my nostrils and intoxicates me but I give him a

dirty look.

- Well daddy's little boy you haven't heard or it doesn't enter in that mosquito

brain of yours that he got pissed offbecause I rescued your sister, do you understand

or shall I explain it to you with colors?- I cross my arms- your alphamale roll doesn't

affect me at all and now get out of my room- after looking us challenging in the eyes

for a minute hesnorts and leaves the room, I smile victoriously. After being a while

in my room bored I go straight to the kitchen where Aracely prepares me two sandwiches

and with both in my hand I enter the library where I spend the whole afternoonlocked

in it and among her books. Aracely is a goddess of the kitchen. Luckily no one enters

the library and I spend theafternoon quietly, I look out the window at the moon

shining in the sky, lonely. I smile looking at it. After a few minutes of admiring

the moon I leave the room, and, in the shadows I reach my room.

"I don't agree with this" Irina grunts, I shrug knowing what she means, it's up to me

to decide. Sleep doesn't take long tocome to me and I decide to let myself fall into

the arms of Morpheus feeling a little restless, and I don't know why.
