"Ah, his Majesty has finally decided to join us" Derrick said jeeringly with a dramatic bow.
Elijah growled with some of his soldiers as they stood at him back.
"Tell them to back off" Derrick growled at Elijah's men while I struggle against the hold that Cedric had on me.
Elijah glance at everyone in the room before his eyes zoomed in on the hand of Derrick that was wrapped around our sons neck.
"Leave" Elijah muttered lowly. The guards looked at themselves unsure if he meant it. "Now!" He growls at them, clenching and unclenching his fist and with hesitation, they left.
Now it was just Elijah, Me, Cedric, Mlika and Derrick. The rogue King sent Josephine and her son out, I'm sure he did it so she would find Elijah and not long after she left, Elijah came.

After three and a half hours I arrived at Kansas. I texted mom that I was already in the state before boarding a Taxi to Crestfall privately owned land which is farther away from the city and the human eyes.
