CHAPTER 14
Blaine was busy reading the materials about the case when his phone suddenly rang.
“Hello?”
No one answered. The only thing that he could hear is the sound of breathing. Blaine look at the caller and it was unknown
“Hello?” He asked again
He waited for a while and the other line still haven’t said anything, so he was about to end the call when someone suddenly spoke
“It’s my birthday gift to you. Hope you like it.”
“Excuse me? What birthday gift are you talking about?”
“You’ll know soon. I hope you will like it” Then the call ended.
Blaine was dumbfounded for a while. What just happened? A birthday gift?
He still hasn’t recovered from the call when series of shouts echoed throughout the office.
