Chapter 65
JANNA.
I couldn't tell the exact moment I fell for Aaron.
One day I just woke up and knew I was hurting every time I see him with Jenny. And then I just fell hard, even before the mate bond snapped into place.
I wasn't even eighteen then. I was scared it was just infatuation and, sooner or later, it would run out.
That was why I insisted on finishing high school away from him. I wanted to be sure that this was the life I wanted. That I wasn't just pushed by circumstances to end up being his mate.
But then I got pregnant. And everything made sense.
I wanted him. I wanted the baby. I wanted us and the life we would make out of it.
