Welcome to the Resort

Penny enjoyed flying, but wolves weren’t meant to do it for long. She didn’t like that she couldn’t shift or run around. There wasn’t enough room for everyone. But seeing the clouds from the other side was cool and seeing everything looking like dollhouse furniture was amazing. Getting to watch a movie with headphones on was weird.

But when they landed, they were met by strangers and were taken to a big open space with an enormous house with a fountain in the front. It kind of confused Penny because the fountain had fish spitting water. That was rude and bad manners.

As they left the airport, Penny could swear she saw the back of a boy who might have been the boy from her dreams. She hoped not, for where he was, people she loved would die, and it was too early for that to happen. She wasn’t at university yet.

Inside the resort was like a giant packhouse with a place people couldn’t find out things. It was all shiny and beside the desk was a sign that read.
