22. First Day as a Married Couple

8:30 am

Yillan stretches her arms half-awake. She then turned to the opposite side of their bed and got up, checking her alarm clock, only to see that it was already 8:30 in the morning.

"Oh my God! It's already late!" Then she realized it was not her room at Yoon Mansion. She comes back to her senses. She just let out a heavy sigh and sat again on her bed. She looked at the sofa and Zai wasn't there anymore

"I think I need to get myself used to this kind of set-up."

She went to the bathroom to wash her face to freshen up and was surprised to know that Zai was in the shower area taking a bath. Upon realizing the situation, she suddenly turned around in the direction of the door.

Zai, who happens to hear the noise stops the shower and slides his head out of the shower door.

"I'm sorry! I didn’t know you were here! I'm sorry!" Yillan exclaimed not facing him. Her blushing face is covered by her hands.

"It's okay. I also forgot to lock the door. I'll finish in a while."
