Chapter 41: Saving Axton
Anika’s P.O.V
A gasp left my lips as I returned to consciousness, but I couldn’t find the strength to open my eyes.
My head was throbbing and my jaw ached so bad it felt like something must have knocked out my teeth, like I had been hit by something hard.
And then the memories came rushing back, making me realized…it wasn’t a hit; it was a claw mark that made my jaw ache. It was Sabrina’s claw mark.
“Wakey, wakey little girly!” Sabrina’s voice sounded oddly close, before cold water splashed onto my face, making me gasp out loud, forcing me to open my eyes.
“There you are.” Sabrina’s smiling face came into view, as she bent in front to me to be eye level with me. “I thought I would have to wait longer, but you sure are resilient.”
Blinking rapidly to get the water out of my eyes, I looked around the room to grasp the situation. My house looked fine

Hello everyone! Saving Alpha Axton had come to an end, but this is just the beginnig of the journey. The sequel, Torn Between Alpha Mates will be out before the end of this year, I promise. But in the meantime, I do want to take a short break from writing werewolf stories. As a writer, it becomes repetative to write about the same topic over and over again.
