Everything has cost

In the courtroom.

"Proceed" the judge ordered in the Courtroom. It was the last trial of the case.

The prosecutor picked up the file from the authority table and was about to hand over the documents to the judiciary and play a clip that reasonably made her pay for her sin to snatch the life from an innocent one. When a sixty years man who was seated at the seat of spectators of the court gave a gesture of denial. He kept the file and picked up another one.

"My honour! This is proof that she is innocent. She didn't give any testimony because she was scared of robbers. Yes! my lord! that's not a preplanned murder" Suspect, Sia David was astonished. She was

thinking of the end of her life after the word proceed of the judge but the climax was not

ended. the prosecutor disclosed the trial with a new direction.

"two robbers entered the bungalow of the Mayor in the daytime from the backyard. before entered they hacked all the CCTV cameras, alarms of the Bangalow which ring when someone jump into the house by climbing the wall of the backyard, due to their hacking the system the interrogation team could not find any footage of the day of the incident. They assassinated the guards" Sia could not believe it. She had given them her statement that she had admitted her guilt. She killed her by stabbing her in the womb. How did the whole story change abruptly?

"They robbed the set of Diamonds jewellery of the wife of Mayor David Burton and

cash. Here is the copy of F.I.R submitted by Patricia David." he presented the file to the judge. Patricia surprisingly looked at David who has the same condition as her.

"They knew at that time the whole bungalow was empty so they chose this time for robbing. They were about to leave from the spot but unexpectedly Nanny Garcia entered the room at the wrong moment and she caught them red handed. she was the witness of the crime so they can't allow her to escape so, they killed her brutally,

when her daughter Rebecca Simon the wife of Simon Cruz saw this they killed her too" he handed over the documents.

"My lord! As you can read the forensic report. the fingerprint on the knife does not match with Sia David." he added.

"But fingerprints were matched." Sia reflected in the past. Did they fabricate the proof?

This news was published in newspapers and telecast on television. People were waiting for this news. The people wanted to know who killed the wife of Simon Cruz.

"The court released Sia David. The documents proved her innocence. She was frightened after watching two dead bodies at home so, she could not explain. The court ordered a special interrogation team to find culprits." Reporters announced on Television.

"How it may be possible! it can't be true! I did so much effort to destroy the family of this asshole mayor. who did this?! who dares to interfere in my vengeance?..!" Kate was waiting for their destruction. She was so excited to see their downfall news on television. She was gasping after throwing the vase on screen. Her situation was like she failed bitterly. her anger was at its peak. she was shouting, breaking the stuff of the house. she was gone mad.

After the end of the trial. Patricia hugged Sia tightly but Sia jerked her and moved toward David. He caressed her head and consoled her. He was broken by her tears. He wanted to wrap her in his fins. so, nobody could harm her. nobody could accuse her of a crime that she didn't intend to do.

"Your eyes had swollen from excessive weeping." She put her head on his chest.

"Everything will be fine" David consoled her. He was distracted when his phone rang.

"I want to meet you, please come to my farmhouse. I texted you the address." He read the message on his phone.

"Let's go home" The media was waiting outside to question them but guards stopped them. the mind of Sia stopped working in the suffocating environment. She grabbed his father's arm tightly. They descended the stairs in the protection of Guards.

"Will you not come with us," Patricia asked David while getting into the car.

"You just take her home. I have some work to finish off " He closed the car door and glanced at desperate Sia.

The car entered a farmhouse. David got out of the car. A man in a black suit was standing in front of the farmhouse. He left David into a room and walked out.

" You know everything has a cost. Nothing is free in the world." he followed the voice of the man to the balcony. He saw the back of the person who sent him a message on the phone.

"What's the cost?" David came on straight point. He signed the blank cheque.

"After watching the scenery of the courtroom. Do you think I need this..... ? Simon caught a glimpse at the cheque and ignored it like trash.

"The bank balance I have. I don't think so you have half of it, and will you pay my cost like this?" he gave a devilish smile and showed him a file which made him frustrated.

"So, what do you want? I can do anything for my daughter" He was willing to do anything to save his elder daughter.

"Really! Will you pay for it? Even the cost will be higher.." He was ascertaining him. He

asked again for his surety.

"yes please say" It was stabbing in his heart as a Mayor. he never pleaded nor requested.  He used to order others.

"In my eyes, revenge is like. an eye for an eye. a loss for a loss. So I want your daughter to be a hundred years of a slave. I will marry her and She will be my wife until She is alive." He told him about his demands.

"In my life. It will never happen." David's tone was slightly icy.

"I didn't ask for a one night stand. She is not able to make a..." He dared to say without hesitation in front of a father about his daughter.

"How dare you! Rascal!. shame on you." he grabbed him by the collar.

"How dare she? She destroyed my family. My wife was pregnant with a four month child. She was so eager to sleep with me." He roared like a Tiger and played a video on his mobile.

"Yes!... I... killed... her I killed my sis" She confessed her guilt to prosecutors and a drop of tear fell on the table.

" But! Why? Why do you have to kill her? She was your best friend. Is there any quarrel between you? "the prosecutor asked while putting down her statement on the paper.

"Because I desired to be the wife of Simon Cruz. I tried to annul their marriage but couldn't. She married him and was cherishing the happy life with him. I can not see this. " She told him all the details.

David's Hand was loosened on the collar. after watching the video of Sia's confession.

"You have just two days. think about it carefully. prepare her mind. I am not used to waiting. I am a rebel. You know my past." Simon fixed the collar and lifted a black colour file from the table.

"You!" David grounded the teeth in frustration.

"Today, You have seen it with your own eyes. what I can do to a guilty one. All evidence was against her. A big thing. her testimony video was sufficient to punish her but I changed the whole game by showing forgery so, what's the thing that I can't do?" he said while showing off the file in front of him. He was right. David himself couldn't determine the power of the politician family. They did violate and didn't leave anything behind for proof.

"I will torture her till death," he told him his intention behind the marriage staring at his eyes. He threw the file on the table. He turned and put his hand in the pocket.
