Lola~

Eight months after…

"We don’t have all day, Lola. Come on.” Adonis yelled impatiently. I grabbed my phone and walked out of the room. It’s not like anyone told him to get dressed an hour before the said time an now he’s taking it out on me.

“You can’t rush perfection, Adonis.” I yelled back. My heels clicking against the marble floor. Adonis was pacing around the living room, talking on the phone with someone I presume to be Liam. A smile made it’s way to my lips as I took a ground look of him. He was dressed in a grey suit, his hair had grown out longer and he tied it into a ponytail with few strands falling to his forehead. I watched as he gently picked up the sculpture sitting pretty on the shelf even as he spoke. He seemed to notice my presence and immediately turned to look at me.

A warm smile embracing his lips as his eyes slowly raked me. “I’ll be there soon with her.” He says and cut the call, walking closer to me with a hint of mischief in his eyes.
