Lillian looked at him, annoyed. She grabbed a pen from her desk and threw it at him, annoyed, but he caught the pen because of his quick reflexes.

“What do you mean, ‘No one is stupid enough to like you.’?” she asked him with a scowl.

“Nothing. I just meant it as a joke.” he told her.
