"There's a bath calling my name!" Alex called back, grinning as Ashly shook her head.

Ashly looked down at Ray and guided him to the sofa. "How are you doing, Ray?" Her voice was soft and warm. Ray smiled gently and shrugged casually, his eyes so big with worry that he couldn't really bring himself to lie.
