The assassin suddenly shifted his arm, the gun in his hand moving toward me. My eyes widened in shock as I stumbled back on my feet in fear. Alessio was just as shocked as me as he turned his head toward me and then back to the assassin.

“Drop that weapon right now.” Alessio said in an authoritative, threatening voice, “you are inside the pack house. You will not get out alive!”

The man appeared unaffected by the threat. His voice was a heavy, and deep one, much like his big form. He looked about seven feet tall, and his body was that of a monster size with big muscles.

“Sorry Alpha, we can not keep a traitor alive.”

“What?” I whispered, his words were increasing my fright with each passing second.

The assassin’s eyes were pinned on Alessio while his gun stayed pointed in my direction. One move from Alessio and he would shoot me. His stance was clear.

Well…. I really hope they don’t frame Mia for whatever poison Alessio drank. I wish Alessio finally stop beign an a… hole to Mia and see that she’s willing to fight for him but he needs to stop being so selfish and self centered ugh lol
