A few years later...

Grayson :

I smile as I watch the sun setting over the horizon. Gabriel and I have went on many vacations over the past years, but this was by far my favourite one. Feeling the warm water lapping my feet, the cool breeze flowing in my hair, and hearing the calming sounds of the ocean... This is one of the best moments in life.

Two familiar hands wrap around me, pulling me back into a hard, built torso. I snuggle into his chest, enjoying his hold. Gabriel has always been protective of me, especially after he knocked me up again. I'm six weeks along, and this time, I finally feel ready to be a mother. We both can't wait for our little baby.

My mate suddenly starts sniffing me intensely. I turn around to face him, only to see that he was already staring at me, seemingly deep in thought.

"Is something wrong?" I ask, confused. He pulls me closer, before leaning down to my stomach, sniffing it, then placing his ear on it. "Gabe? What happened?"
