Despite the soreness that was throbbing throughout her body, Rosalie compelled herself to remain awake. She had been quite patient as she waited until Alex was sound asleep. Her wolf voiced her disapproval, expressing a desire to curl up on the bed and simply sleep next to their partner. Rosalie resisted the urge to kiss her mate and instead focused her attention on gently removing his left arm from her exposed waist.
