Alaric's POV

I left Chloe with Lucas to go help his pack along with mine. While getting his warriors set up in my home with Chloe I couldn't help but think about them being together.

I know I will feel it if something happens between them but it isn't a physical thing I'm worried about, it emotional, they are fated mates after all. She never rejected him, I don't believe he ever rejected her, she's stronger with him around her as well, I can see it with just her emotions.

I don't want to lose her.
