Chapter 25 The Bad News 

Damelza POV

Theo did not take his piercing gaze away from me. His domineering aura made me shudder with fear. I couldn't move an inch because Theo imprisoned my body in his warm embrace.

“Damelza, can we start from the beginning? I do feel guilty for killing your brother. However, everything has already happened. We can't change Dean's fate.” Theo gently stroked my cheek. My heart ached when I saw his pleading look. No great Alpha should beg a lowly Omega.

My God, his touch made the wolf inside me snore with ease. The rough skin of his hands danced around my arm. His face looked worried, as if he were waiting for an answer from me.

I licked my suddenly dry lips. “I don't know,” I answered slowly, then stood up.

My ears clearly heard a rough breath from him. It was so hard to accept his request. Every time I think of Dean dying with his head cut off, it makes me have an endless nightmare.
