Heartbreak part 4.

I walked into the bar I was supposed to meet Rebekah.

I was still mad at her but I couldn't bring myself to ignore her not when I knew she needed me.

I scanned the room in search of her and there she was, seated on a stool by the bar with a disheartened expression on her face, this was the saddest I had ever seen her.

I noticed a lot of things had changed about her, her hair was a lot shorter than I remembered and she appeared skinnier, her face was smeared with makeup as she continued taking constant shots of alcohol, somebody had to stop her before she got drunk if she wasn't already drunk.

"Hey mind if I join you?" I said, taking a seat beside her.

Rebekah lifted her head upon hearing the familiar voice, a voice she had missed hearing but refused to search for, guilt spread through her, and she looked away picking up another drink from the table.

"Sure, thought you were never coming."

"Well, there was something I had to take care of."
