"Good morning doctor."A nurse greeted me cheerfully when she walked passed me in the hallway.

I had never been so glad to be back to work, I just couldn't wait to see my patients after the morning briefing.

I walked straight to my office to go through some patients' files before the morning briefing which starts at eight.

I walked into my office and I was instantly hit with a wonderful fragrance that smelt so familiar.

" White Lilies" I whispered when my eye landed on the beautiful bouquet resting on my office desk.

well, that was unusual.

As much as I wanted to believe that this was the handwork of a cleaner the way it was packaged left me in doubt.

I had only spent a week in the hospital, and the cleaners never opted for fresh flowers they usually preferred the artificial fragrance to the natural one because they felt it lasted longer.
