137 Flying machine

**Julian's POV**

For the next half of the month, Elizabeth did not set out to make the flying machine she described that day, but proceeded to learn to make other items under the tutelage of her teacher.

I prefer to call them toys. For example, some wind-up ducks that walk on their own and wooden bears that make roaring sounds.

However, Elizabeth seemed to enjoy being creative. She showed me her little inventions sometimes, such as some wind-up bears that walk on two feet, and wooden ducks that make roaring noises.

Well, that's kind of interesting. It's just something for women and children to pass the time.

I never expected that Elizabeth would give me another big surprise half a month later.

At night, when I pushed open the door to my room, something flew out of the room and hit me in the forehead.

It almost knocked off my crown. I was about to lash out when I heard Elizabeth's gasp.
