On the way, we were surprised to find fish in the river.

We landed, and Francis jumped into the river to catch the fish.

I taught him to use the flame to regulate the temperature of his body and steam his wet clothes dry. Then he was taught to control the flame and cook the fish on a rock.

Francis is not a student who likes to ask questions of his own accord, but he is incredibly talented.

Without my teaching him, he had already baked some fruits in his palm, turned them into dried fruit, and given them to me.

I was delighted and curious. Why did everyone else in the Forbidden Valley lose their connection with their wolves and can no longer use their wolf powers, while Francis is completely unaffected?

Julian was born in the same forbidden valley as Francis, and Julian never even got his wolf.
