The meeting was upstairs in the Alpha's office. Dom had become quiet at the end of our breakfast. And I don't mean a full mouth of food kind of silent but he didn't want to talk. Like at all.

It worried me but I knew he wasn't in the best of mood because of what we had just been through. But I thought we were slowly going to be ok.
