Promised

"She is in here." That chilly voice said, making me shiver so much. 

What do I do? The vampires killed everyone and now they are going to take me away! I can't believe Ulric will die like that. He always promised to protect me. He shouldn't make promises he can't keep. How can he do this to me? And Shaun too, why did he die so easily?

The worst one is Ronther. With all the power he has to fight me, why didn't he just save himself? 

"Don't kill me. Leave me alone please." I cried, wishing it would make him leave. 

"Kill you? What are you talking about miss?" I heard him ask. 

It made me stop crying for a second. Did he just call me miss? If he called me miss, could be be...

"I am sorry I scared you miss. I thought you might be sleeping since I heard nothing. Alpha Ulric asked me to check in you." He explained.
