Third Person's POVAiden breathed out as he sat on a log near the fire and tried to wrap his head around everything that happened. One moment, he was amused as he watched Xander taunt Marcus and joke with him. He loved Xander's funny personality and watched how easy it was for Xander to rile Marcus up. And then, just like that, everything fell apart.Aiden was confused about the whole situation. He wasn't sure who to feel sorry for. He went from being terrified of Michael to feeling sorry for him when Noah walked away. But Aiden saw a fear in Noah's eyes that he was all too familiar with. He knows Noah was rescued when he was a child, and he knows he was abused, but he doesn't know anything more than that. Thaddeus didn't tell him, and Aiden didn't press for more details. When he saw the fear in Noah's eyes, Aiden almost felt it as though it was his own. He knew then the Omega's past was bad, really bad. Aiden looks toward the drink stand and catches Michael staring at the spot where
Third Person's POV When Thaddeus came back without Noah, Michael was disappointed. He thought the Omega would return, and he would get to see him again and maybe talk to him, but he was nowhere to be found. Michael tried to keep his mind off Noah and threw himself into conversations with Thaddeus, Marcus, and Xander. But it was useless. Michael couldn't stop thinking about him, and neither could his wolf. His wolf kept urging him to go find their mate. He tried ignoring his wolf but finally gave in and decided to sneak away to see if he could find him. Michael glanced at Thaddeus, feeling guilty for going against his order to leave Noah alone and give him time. But he couldn't help it; he just needed to see him and talk to him, just once. Michael entered the pack house and let his nose guide him, following that sweet and amazing scent. Michael's wolf was practically purring as they followed that sweet and addicting scent to the third floor. The scent led him halfway down the hallwa
Third Person's POV Noah doesn't know how he knew it, but he knew it would happen before Michael did it... Then why was he still surprised when he felt it?...Noah felt the weight of Michael's Alpha command slamming down on him, forcing him into submission as he bared his neck unwillingly. It was a sensation he hadn't felt in so long. It was a sensation he hoped he'd never feel again. No one had used it on him since he was rescued, except the one time when Thaddeus used it to help him shift. Noah knew Thaddeus only used it because he was fighting the shift and not listening to his father or his wolf. Thaddeus barely used it; it was just enough to get Noah to listen to his wolf and let the shift happen. Aside from that, no one has used the command on him again... that is, until now.Every muscle burned; the weight on his chest was so heavy it wouldn't allow him to breathe. Memories from his past came crashing down on Noah, and his body trembled as tears flowed down his face. The broken
Third Person's POV “You're a fucking idiot!” Maxwell yelled as he slapped Jackson on the back of the head. “What were you even thinking? No! That's the problem. You weren't fucking thinking!” The Alpha yelled as he walked around his desk and sat down, growling as he glared at his idiot of a son, who finally came home. “I'm sorry, Father,” Jackson said as he bared his neck. “I told you I wanted to make him mine. I don't care if he's not my real mate. I want him; I will make him mine!” “Yeah, and you royally fucked up, didn't you! You almost destroyed everything by going off and trying to do this shit on your own! That fucking bastard Thaddeus came over here looking for his pathetic little mate! All because you don't know how to listen and do shit right!” Maxwell yelled, slamming his fist down on his desk as he pushed the full force of his aura onto Jackson, causing his wolf to whimper and bare his neck against his will. Maxwell looks away from his son as he pulls back on his co
Third Person's POV “Zeus, stop! Go over there so I can shift!” Aiden scolds the pervert who won't leave him alone while he's trying to undress. Aiden pulls his shirt off and sets it aside before pulling his pants and boxers down. Zeus found the perfect opening while the Omega was bent over with his pants around his ankles. The Omega flew forward and landed face-first in the dirt when Zeus stuck his nose in his butt. The cold, wet nose was a startling intrusion between his ass cheeks, but his face in the dirt was downright embarrassing. Aiden turned and glared at the dumb wolf as he wiped the dirt off his face. “Bad dog!” Aiden scolded while pointing his finger at Zeus. The Alpha wolf didn't seem to like being called a dog. The omega's eyes widened when Zeus knocked him backward and then began licking his face and neck, causing Aiden to giggle. “Stop! You're getting doggy slobber all over me!” Aiden yelled through his fit of laughter, but unfortunately, right after he said that Z
Third Person's POV Everything is dark. Aiden can't see anything with the blindfold on. He can't move with his arms held above his head by straps hooked to the ceiling, and his legs are spread wide open, strapped to the floor. His chest rapidly rises and falls, and a shiver runs down his spine when fingers lightly rake over his bare ass. His body jerks when he feels something warm and wet on his ass cheek. Aiden's heart pounds in his chest, and he jerks forward when he feels a sharp pain as teeth bite into his ass. Aiden's movements earn a growl in warning, wanting him to stay still. His ass stings as a slap echoes. “I told you not to move,” He growls before rubbing and caressing the same spot he just smacked. Aiden's heart beats faster, and he whimpers. “Please!” Aiden begs. The Omega hears movement as he moves around his body and stops in front of him. His breath hitches when he feels something warm and wet on the tip of his dick. The Omega's head goes back as he cries out. His
Third Person's POV “I get it! He's been through some bad stuff, but come on, Thaddeus! It's been over two weeks, and I haven't seen my mate! I'm an Alpha! I can't be away from my mate this long,” Michael said, frustrated. He rubbed his hands down his face. Thaddeus looks off as he exhales. He feels bad for Michael. He knows what he's going through and can see it in his appearance. “I need my mate! This is killing me! I can't be separated from him like this any longer!” “Listen, I understand Michael, but I don't think it's a good idea to just take him away. I don't think that's going to go over well. You'll throw him in a state of panic again,” “You know as well as I do, that when an Alpha Afinds his mate, they usually take them home that same day!” Michael raised his voice, and Thaddeus glared at him. “Yes, I'm very aware of that, Michael!” Thaddeus said, giving the Alpha a firm look.“I'm sorry, Thaddeus! But this is hard on me. My wolf is driving me crazy. I'm going crazy! It's
Third Person's POV “Is this the last box?” Aiden asked, and Noah looked around the room, which now looked so empty, causing his throat to tighten. Noah felt a hand gently touch his shoulder, but he continued looking at the empty room. “It's okay. Everything will work out; I know it will! Remember what Thaddeus said, he'll kick Michael's ass if he does anything,’’ Aiden said, offering a soft smile. Noah sighed as he reached up and placed his hand on top of Aiden's, squeezing it. “Thank you for trying to make me feel better and for all the help,” Noah said, and Aiden smiled.“Anytime! Besides, that's what family is for,” Aiden said before turning and picking up the box at his feet. Noah let out a breath as he stepped toward the bed and grabbed Birdie. The Omega shoved the small stuffed animal in his pocket and then turned and picked up the last box.Noah gave one more glance at his empty room before walking away…Knots form in Noah's stomach when he steps outside and sees Michael's
