While Judy was thinking in her heart, the caretaker voiced out again, “I heard something when I was outside just now.”

“What’s that?”

“I have a friend who works at the funeral home. According to her, Sophia died some time ago and was cremated there.”

Judy was frightened and yelled out. No wonder Sophia had not shown up. It turned out she was dead.
