After having a conversation with my mom that day, things started getting better. The house that seemed dead was slowly going back to how it used to be.

Suddenly Lyla disappeared again, she stopped calling and also stopped visiting. I wasn't surprised because the Lyla I fell in love with has never been a persistent person.

I decided to stop running away from Adriana and just embrace a good relationship with her afterall I didn't need to hold unto my promise to Lyla since she isn't dead and I hope she finds a good man too.

I stood up from my office sit and headed back to the house. While I was in the car heading back home I had a lot on my mind so much that I didn't know which one exactly to pick out from my thoughts.

We finally arrived at the house and I walked in at the right time.
