Why did everyone believe that they knew what was best for me? Even the man that mysteriously disappeared when I was a child believed that he knew what was best for me. I could not believe the life that I was currently living was real.

“And what do I call you? Safe?” I asked sarcastically. I was not interested in his approval. “I went from foster homes to foster homes, and the only stagnant thing in my life was mom, so skip the whole disapproving father bullshit and tell me what is exactly going on,” I said angrily.

Story Getting too complicated and I hope Isabelle and Damien stay strong together. Both fathers are up to no good.
