" That's enough! " He said angrily and slapped him instead. His lips bursted as a result of the heavy slap and everyone gasped including Layla and Mirah.

They turned their heads only to meet with Shane who was standing in front of them with an angry look on.

How dare this old dude touch Layla!. He's going to make sure he goes to jail.

He couldn't stop thinking of Layla earlier at home and had decided to come pay her a visit here. Just arriving by the door, he was welcomed with this awful scene, he couldn't help the immense anger that rushed through him but he was glad Layla didn't let his words get to her.
