The sun was setting, painting the sky in a brilliant array of oranges, yellows and pinks. Ivy stood in the center of the cottage's front yard, her eyes scanning the horizon. She had been here for days. Everything had been going according to her plan. She was completely healed, and Rafe, who had been teaching her how to use her werewolf powers, was fine. He had earlier told her of his father being an assassin for Mr Jones Vones, and his suspicion that his father might have killed her parents.
