"Do you really?" Ayla threw back.
But all she got for an answer were the persistent murmurs of the peoples around the Profound Mist Sect. Nothing escaped her notice.
Only what she wanted to hear was the one thing that she missed. The thin boy looked at her no further and was content to wait for the events to unfold in silence.
"That's enough, Fiona." Maru instructed after 30 minutes passed in a flash. He would have wanted to continue the beating but he felt Uwyn stirred in his arms.
