A Dead End

"Ahhhh...." Ariel screamed as pain coursed through his body. There were claw marks on his face and he looked at Nicole in horror.

In the next second, he stared at her hand and was shocked at how she was able to morph.

"Aren't...you human?" He asked, in a shaky tone. He then looked from Bryce to Nate. He expected them to be surprised by what was happening but then they looked calm. He was silent for a moment as he looked back at Nicole.

Ariel couldn't believe that a mere human would suddenly possess Werewolf abilities. "She is a monster! Can't you see?" He screamed and then suddenly winced in pain. Nicole had caught hold of his neck and his face started to turn red.

"You don't need to know if I'm a monster or not..." She bent down and said. Her voice was as low as a whisper but terrifying. Her breath fanned his neck but it seemed like she was spitting fire at him.
