Ruby walked out of her office feeling stupid, did she really think Liam think highly of her? The jokes were on her for thinking he will take her opinion into consideration, but even if what she said didn't really make that much sense, he still shouldn't have dismissed her like that, like she didn't know what she was saying, it made her feel so less of herself, he listened to the guys talk and even thanked them for their suggestions but when she said something, he concluded that she was overthinking it.

"Let it go, Ruby, just let it go,"

She told herself as she knocked on the nurse's room.

"Come on in,"

She heard Emily's voice from inside, her voice reminded her of Liam being jealous of Nathan, okay maybe she had overthought that too and it was just happening in her head, she really need to keep her fucked up emotions in check, especially around Liam, they can be a team without crossing each other's part, it would do her good to expect anything.
