I didn’t have it easy through the night, my head kept banging and my heart didn’t stop raising, my whole body burned and I thought it was because of what happened, that it was because I was in pain and was still finding it difficult to get over what happened back there, but I was wrong. I had fever.

I shook under the duvet and my eyes went to the wall clock in the room, it was early in the morning already and I couldn’t wait to go to the hospital to get myself checked up because it felt as if my whole body was going to explode if I didn’t do something about this fever.
