Chapter 3: Running Away from Home

"How is this?" Olivia complained, walking back and forth in her room. "My grandfather has indirectly kept me here, so I must marry Mr. Holand. I can't! I don't want to!" moaned Olivia in frustration.

She walked closer to her room's window. Her room was on the second floor. "I can't keep quiet and let Aland get the wrong idea. I have to go see him," Olivia muttered.

She hurriedly changed clothes and carried a backpack. Then she opened her wallet.

"Only 500 dollars?" How is this?" she muttered in frustration. That amount of money wouldn't even be enough for a week's worth of lodging and food.

"What about this? But I can't just stay here either," she muttered. "I don't know who tricked me into something this complicated. I was supposed to get married to Aland today, and we're going on our honeymoon to Paris," she sighed.

Finally, after thinking for a long time, Olivia decided to escape through the window of her room on the second floor.

Carefully, she opened the window and looked down, figuring out how best to get down. After opening the window, she looked down there, making sure there was no security on patrol.

Slowly, Olivia dropped the rope of spliced cloth that dangled just below the ground. She climbed up to the window, dangling her legs, and pulled on the cloth, making sure the ties were strong. Carefully, he climbed down from the window using the rope.

She lamented, "My feet failed to reach the ground," as she found herself at the rope's terminus and had not yet made contact with the ground.

"Ah!" she cried as she jumped down, twisting her leg. When she heard the sound of people talking approaching, Olivia hurried to the mansion's back gate with a limping step because of her injured foot.

Olivia took a deep breath, feeling both relieved and scared that no one was following her. She looked around, making sure no security had spotted her. With extreme caution, Olivia slipped through the back gate of the house. She had to avoid several security guards who were making their rounds.

On the way to the back gate, Olivia felt so scared that her heart was racing. She hid behind the bushes whenever she heard footsteps approaching. Her face looked pale, and cold sweat poured down her face, but Olivia's determination to escape was unstoppable.

After a few tense minutes, Olivia finally made it to the back gate. She unlocked the gate carefully, hoping the security guards wouldn't hear the sound of the metal. Once the gate was open, Olivia stepped out, walking as fast as she could away from the house. Her grandfather didn't want to catch her.

That night, Olivia walked down the quiet streets of the residential area where she lived. Indeed, there weren't many people here, and it was quiet.

"How long do I have to walk?" she complained as her legs ached. She sighed and felt very cold because she was only wearing a thin jacket.

Her steps continued to walk without direction until suddenly stopping beside a large villa that was usually empty. The back gate opened slightly.

Olivia looked at the villa with sparkling eyes; her childhood memories came back when she often played there. However, someone else had now purchased the villa, leaving it empty for a year. As she remembered, there was a beautiful tree house in the villa where she and her friends played as children.

The back door of the villa opened slightly, as if inviting her to enter. For a moment, Olivia hesitated. "Do I go in and spend the night in the tree house?" Olivia muttered. "By a fortunate coincidence, I can sleep there safely because the villa is empty, and tomorrow morning, I will look for Aland."

Olivia felt that her plan was perfect, which helped her eliminate her doubts.

With cautious steps, Olivia approached the back door of the villa and pushed it slowly. The door opened wide, revealing a beautiful garden behind the villa.

Olivia smiled happily, then stepped into the villa's garden. The cool night atmosphere and gentle breeze made Olivia feel comfortable there. In her heart, she felt lucky to find a place to stay for such a short time.

Olivia stepped into the magnificent European-style villa, feeling as if she had entered a different world. In the backyard of the villa, lush green plants and trees surrounded the area, creating a cool and refreshing atmosphere. Several species of colorful flowers bloom among the leaves, adding to the beauty of the well-landscaped garden.

All around the garden, artistic garden lights adorn the cobblestone paths, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere as the light shines on the smooth stone surfaces. In some corners, there are garden benches made of wood and wrought iron with a classic design, the perfect place to sit and enjoy the beauty of the villa's charming backyard.

In the center of the garden, a small pond with a fountain in the shape of a putto—a small angelic figure typical of European style—adds to the calm and peaceful atmosphere. The water flowing from the fountain chants a soothing rhythm, as if inviting visitors to forget all worries and enjoy the beauty of nature around them.

And amongst that beauty, in the corner is a large, shady tree with a tree house. Olivia walked through the tall bushes to reach the big tree.

"Wow, it's still very sturdy and clean," Olivia murmured, looking at the tree and the tree house with a twinkle in her eye.

She started to climb the ladder made of wood attached to the tree. Just as she was about to reach the bottom of the treehouse, she heard the sound of gurgling water. And out of nowhere, she turned her head left. What was her shock and surprise when she saw a man with extraordinary good looks? His well-proportioned and symmetrical face left anyone who saw it unable to help but marvel. Thanks to the firm jaw, sharp nose, and thick eyebrows, a man's face looks very masculine and charming. His exotic skin and piercing eyes add to the appeal of his appearance.

Olivia focused on the fact that the man was swimming on his back on the surface of the water without any clothes. It allowed Olivia to see the entirety of his masculine body, which glistened and shone under the moonlight.

'How could there be an angelic figure in the middle of the night,' thought Olivia, who couldn't blink at the beauty in front of her. The backyard leads directly to the villa's large swimming pool, which is only blocked by tall plants.

"Wait! Isn't he the gigolo?" Olivia spontaneously closed her mouth, and at that moment, her sharp eyes met her gaze.

Quickly, Olivia descended the steps in a hurry, until she fell down, making her butt kiss the ground.

"Aw!" she complained.

Olivia moved quickly, limping towards the exit gate.

"Over there. Catch that intruder!" a man shouted. And when Olivia turned around, she saw five large, black-clad men running towards her.

Olivia was almost out of the gate, but someone grabbed her arm.

"Let go of me!" screamed Olivia rebelliously.

"Shut up!" snapped the man holding her arm.

Two men in black held Olivia's arm.

"Come on, bring it to the master," said one of them. Olivia could only continue to rebel as they dragged her towards the swimming pool.

"Let me go!" screamed Olivia, but it was useless; her strength was not as great as the men.

At last, Olivia found herself standing close to a handsome man, already dressed in his towel robe. The man was sitting proudly, sipping his drink.

"Sir, we've caught the intruder," said the man in black.

The man called Sir was Zayden. She turned to Olivia, and their gazes met again. Olivia was quite surprised by Zayden's gaze, but only for a moment, and then returned to her cold gaze, which was like the tip of a knife. If Olivia continued to stare at it with such intensity, it could cut her body at any moment.

Zayden approached Olivia, who was still under the men's control.

"Ah, it's Baboon," Zayden said, making Olivia frown.

Oliv screeched, "What do you mean, Baboon?"

"You crazy gigolo!"

"Don't talk!"

"Ah!" she cried as the two men holding her arms gripped them more firmly.

"Let her go," Zayden said.

"But, sir?" Zayden's men appeared confused.

"You think I'm going to lose to this skinny woman," Zayden said in a disdainful tone, making Olivia even more furious.

'Crazy, cat-like gigolo!' Olivia thought, glaring at Zayden.

"You may leave," Zayden ordered.

"Yes, sir. We'll stand guard at each gate," they said and walked away.

Zayden walked over to Olivia, making her move backwards until her hind legs touched the legs of the beach chair. He then made her butt sit there. There was no more room for her to move.

Zayden leaned down until their faces were so close that their noses almost touched.

"Are you a perverted woman obsessed with a man's body?" Zayden asked, making Olivia's eyes widen.
