A BLESSING

I open my eyes. The brightness glared me in the eyes. I reclined. I looked around the room I was in, wondering where I was, and then I became sidetracked. I'm at the hospital right now. Why exactly am I here? I last recall closing my eyes because I was feeling dizzy. I wished I could remember more, but all I could think of was that. I'm not sure what transpired next.

A doctor smiled at me and said, "You already awake." I flutter my eyes.

I questioned, "Who brought me here, Doc?"

"A driver brought you here. He already went home. Anyways, how are you feeling?" He asked while seriously checking me.
