Staring at myself in the mirror, I smoothed the fabric of the satin cobalt gown catching a glimpse of the huge rock that sat on my ring finger which I seemed to have forgotten all about before now. “How did you know I was here?” I ask Hazel as she walks through the doors of the patio. She was dressed in a black turtle neck top, a brown jean skirt, and black shoes. The next morning, I woke up to the warm rays of the sun gleaming on my face. I groaned as I rolled over stuffing my face in the pillow to try and get more sleep. The week seemed to pass by in a blur, it felt like my life was caught in a constant time loop.
