Chapter 10

"Are you okay?" Shaina asked Sunday who was sitting at the counter while waiting to get the customer's order. Earlier, she noticed that her friend was quiet and seemed to be avoiding something... or maybe someone?

"Who are you avoiding, I haven't seen him here," she pointed out to Matteo. Shaina had in mind that something had happened again in the shop so her friend's aura was different. Sunday silence is different now. Something must be bothering her now.

"Nothing. Is there someone I should avoid?"

Shiana shrugged and just keep her mouth shut from questioning. If it wasn't Matteo, maybe family.

"Alright, just tell me if you wanna share it with me. I'm just here, okay?" Shaina smiled.

"I'll just take this." Sunday took the order while Shaina is watching her. Even though Sunday tried to look normal, her sad eyes can't hide the pain that she must be feeling.
