I sat at the police desk waiting for them to either put me behind bars or at least come to address me, the alcohol was slowly wearing off but I still felt that buzz in my head. Fuck, maybe I shouldn’t have drank too much, or at least I should have let Jennifer drive me home.

After about fifteen minutes of sitting at the desk with handcuffs, a police lady walked up to me and took the cuffs off my hand. “We won't be filing a case, so there would be no records in our system but you should better not drive while drunk next time or I will put you behind bars myself.” She threatened.
