Aaron trotted out of Laurel's room, trying to deaf ear to the pounding on the door and her screams. He walked into his study, sat there with all the emotions running through his head.

Laurel's hurtful words rang in his ears. The statement that she hated him, hated him so much. Just like ten years ago, Laurel would always hate him in the end.

In frustration, Aaron hit the wall of his study with all his might, hurting his knuckles, but he did not care. The man then fell to the ground and cried.

This was the second time that Aaron Silverwhite had cried... and the cause was the same: Laurel.
