CHAPTER 29

( Hunter's P.O.V. ) -

I've been watching the building where her scent is strongest for hours, hoping she'd show. Nothing.

It's still early morning though. I suppose that she isn't awake yet. I see a guy running up to the back of the building. He starts scaling the house while checking if anyone is watching. He gets to a window and waits for a few seconds. The window opens and he rushes in. Her scent hits me and I nod. That's her room. No doubt about it. Now I can set up patrols to watch her.

"Hunter!" I turn to see a younger member running towards me named Dylan.

"Yeah? What is it?" My eyes turn back to the house, checking for her.

"They found something." I sigh.

"Alright. I'll be there soon. Set up a post here. She lives in this building." He looks at the building as he walks up beside me.

"May I ask a question sir?" I glance at him then nod. "What is she?" "She's a tigress. Gifted by the Sun Goddess. Very rare, and she's in a lot of danger." I remember my great grandfather speaking
