Chapter 54 Warmth

When Nina realized that she was being cared for and protected unconditionally, she teared up.

Yet, she couldn't cry. After all, she'd already promised Hannah that she wouldn't.

From then on, she'd only make others cry instead.

"That's normal." Hannah massaged her hand expertly. "A force goes both ways. You're so silly because you don't even know how to hit someone. In the future, you must learn that properly."

"Okay." Nina nodded and smiled brightly.

When Hailee and Jane saw this heartwarming scene, they almost had a meltdown.
