This research had to be wrong, Damien would never fall in love with someone else, not after everything we've been through.

If he loved her that much then he would have mentioned her name before or never pursued me the way he did.

But could there be a possibility that he never mentioned her name because he was afraid of getting hurt by the memories of their love? Was their breakup so messy and hurtful that he decided to omit her from his memories?

"Princess, what did you want to tell me?" I heard Damien's voice and snapped out of my thoughts.

I looked at him and asked, "Why do you care about me now?"

"What do you mean by that?" He asked, giving me a confused look. "Did I do something wrong?"
