She is so Lucky

Aurora POV:

I slowly regained consciousness to the loud voices of two nurses. They seem oblivious to the fact I had woken up. I wanted to shut out their screeching undertone by closing my eyes, but it didn't work, their voices only got louder in my head.

I cursed under my breath. I wanted to sit up perhaps it would shut them up.

"She is so lucky" one said

"I wish I was that lucky" the other replied staring in my direction.

I hesitated and delayed sitting up curious of what they were saying.

Lucky? Are they stupid, I was lying on an hospital bed after almost dying, what do they mean lucky.

"I wish I could have such a perfect man lift me in his arm"

"Do you see how distraught he looked"

"Who wouldn't, he looked like he was about to cry"

"I heard he even threatened the doctor to make her life miserable if he failed to save his wife"

"Wife? What do you mean wife? There's no ring on neither of their fingers"

"If they aren't wedded it's only a matter of time before they do, you also hear
