The events that followed after the lunch were so catastrophic, they played right into Casey and Ava’s plan. Casey was a married man, and the bigger point was that Klaire was a married woman, and yet, it seemed like some people just didn’t care, only worried about getting their hands on something- someone they wanted. Obsession. And it was dangerous. Casey was actually rethinking his plan because of how nuts Andrew was.
If it were to work and Klaire was able to get over him and go to Andrew then he would put Ava on the case of trying to help Klaire. That was if she didn’t truly develop feelings for him and was just using him. It was a confusing and difficult situation, but Casey was kind of desperate in wanting to get out of his marriage. At this point, Ava didn’t think that their plan was going to work. It was just too messy. Although according to Casey, Klaire actually did go to find Andrew after their fight. Months passed and Casey and Ava continued in their relationship without any obstacles. Klaire remained ignorant to what they were doing and that was the plan. They had all hung out with Andrew numerous times but it seemed like Klaire made sure to stay away from him at all costs. She made sure that she was not seen talking to him or even looking at him and stayed by Casey’s side the entire time.
