Chapter 38: Stalking

"Hi Andre." She waved curtly at him feigning a smile. Andre adjusted in his seat feeling quite uncomfortable while Matilda peered into empty space shocked from her appearance.

"What are you doing here Lena?" Andre asked in a low tone.

"Apparently to watch a movie. Why else would I be here?" Just fortunate to have bumped into you, at least you can't avoid me now." She quickly rubbed Andre's hand, attempting to pin it with hers but he pulled away just in time. Matilda was one hundred percent certain that Lena had followed them to the movies, it made her wonder if she had been stalking them the whole time. To think of it, it couldn't just be a coincidence that Lena was living just next door to her. Was she that obssessed with Andre to have done that as well?
