18 Months Later

“Alright, guys, no assignment this week.” Reggie announces earning a smattering of applause from the teams.

“Actually…” Bronx comes in and drops a folder on the table. “Volunteer assignment through Mason, Stone, and Slater.”

“Covert mission?” I grab the folder and skim through the pages. “Missing girls?”
